Please arrive 15 minutes before the above class time. If you are a minor (under 18) please have a parent with you when you attend to sign your release form. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing like a t-shirt and loose pants, legs covered, no jeans. You will remove your shoes before entering the dojo area.

This class is specifically tailored to individuals both male and female as an enjoyable introduction to the basic practice of aikido.
